Definitions to be aware of:
1. Heavy Items - this is classed as 15kg and above.
2. Local delivery for Ayrshire Garden Supplies is AYRSHIRE (except Isle of Arran) RENFREWSHIRE & GLASGOW. (Renfrewshire and Glasgow have a small delivery fee of £2.50 on orders under £25.)
Ayrshire Garden Supplies want to supply as many products as possible to all our customers, however, due to high shipping costs we have decided to limit Large and bulky items such as larger compost bags, furniture etc. to local delivery only (we will consider out with local area but please note we will have to charge a delivery fee dependant on location). If you are unsure about whether the item you are interested in is classed as a Large Item, please 'Contact Us' directly and we will be more than happy to clarify and if need be, quote a delivery price.
Delivery Costs for UK Mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands*
Deliveries of up to 1kg by Royal Mail 1st Class £3.50
Deliveries of up to 2kg by Royal Mail 1st Class £5.60
Deliveries of up to 2kg by Royal Mail Second Class £3.00
Deliveries between 2kg & 105kg by Courier £6.49 excluding liquids
Deliveries between 10kg & 15kg by Courier £9.99 excluding liquids
For these delivery weights please contact us to confirm delivery cost before ordering so that you are not being overcharged for postage. Unfortunately at this time we cannot send liquids over 2kg.

On orders whereby more than 1 item is purchased, we may find it more cost effective to send out in more than 1 parcel. We will always notify a customer if this is the case. This also helps keep the product in first class condition which is what we want for our customers.
We are committed to ensure that customers have the orders in their hands no later than 5 Working Days. We expect you to have these sooner but sometimes, for reasons out-with our control, these may take up to 5 days. If you have made an order and received confirmation from us that we have accepted, as per our Terms & Conditions, but after 5 days have not received these, please get in touch through our 'Contact Us' page or by telephoning me on 07399818719.
Please note If we have sent your order through Royal Mail they require us to wait 7 working days for 1st class and 10 working days for 2nd class before they accept the item has been lost. At busy times or for other reasons they can extend these timescales which we are bound to.
